In the event of adverse weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we prioritize safety. We recommend rescheduling your rental. For severe weather, we may cancel the booking and will work with you to reschedule or process a refund, as applicable.

Yes, cancellations are permitted up to 2 days before your event date. Please note that a $10 fee applies to cover credit processing costs. Please make sure to check the weather before cancelling.
